Her background includes financial oversight, accounting systems, job costing, billing, payroll, process improvement, and business operations.

As Managing Member and CFO, Kelli provides financial leadership and administrative oversight across RYSEN.

Chief Operating Officer
Kyle Smith brings 30+ years of Gulf Coast experience in plant design management across the petrochemical and energy sector, with experience at ExxonMobil, Valero, BASF, ConocoPhillips, and Enterprise Products Partners.

His background gives RYSEN additional insight into how major energy clients operate, how complex projects are managed, and what those organizations expect from the professional partners supporting their work.
Field Leadership
Senior Field Principal
RYSEN's senior field principal brings more than 20 years of progressive powerline experience spanning apprentice, journeyman, foreman, trouble-man, field construction manager, and regional construction leadership roles. His background includes overhead and underground distribution, transmission construction, fire hardening, storm restoration, owner's representative work, contractor execution, and utility-specific field standards.

He has direct experience with both Time & Equipment and unit-price contract structures, including bid development and procurement, change-order management, scheduling, cost control, field reporting, and contractor oversight. His experience gives RYSEN senior field judgment grounded in work he has personally performed.
